I combined this exasperated, round queen with another meme-ified phrase: BECOME UNGOVERNABLE.
I can't explain why, it just perfectly fits somehow. Be a chaotic baby hippo. Be ungovernable. BE MOO DENG!
Though this design is rather dense and uses a few half-stitches to capture Moo Deng's exquisite expression, it only uses 14 floss colors and it suitable for all levels of stitches.
This purchase includes two PDFs: one with the pattern on one page (best for tablet users), and one with the pattern spread over 4 pages (best if you're printing it out).
